never buy it 絶対買ってはならない

I have subscrived to Eliete.
No VPN connection can be established at all. HSS returns almost immediately an error message. This version does not work at all under a very popular environment.
All I can get is “VPN server error.”
On top of it ,I cannot cancel “auto-renwal” option incredibly. Both of the vendor and Apple supports replied me that both of them cannot canncel auto-renwal.
iPad version is also under the similar situation.
Even the direct down load version (it is version 3.19 from the vendor’s site) does not work well.
The support never provided me with any workable answer even though I explained the problems many times in details

エリートバージョンを購入しました。
全くVPN接続できません。このバージョンでは接続しようとするとほぼ即座にエラーメッセージが帰ってきます。ごく一般的な環境ですが、全く機能しません。
要するにVPNサーバーエラーが出るだけです。
しかもしかも信じられ無い事に自動更新の停止ができません。販売元もアップルもどちらも「自分たちには解除できない」との返答です。
iPad用バージョンも同様です。
販売元のウエブからダウンロードするV3.19もまともに機能しません。
サポートは何度問題の詳細を連絡してもまともな返事をしてくれません。
