Used to work, but stopped

Worked great for about 2 years, I paid for elite and all. even renewed. then I moved to UAE. it worked for a month or two, now, after an update, it will not work on my iPhone. works on my macbook and imac using the same internet connection, but not my phone which i use mostly of the three. Contacted customer support, said they are working on it. has been 6 months, still cannot use the ap.

what’s better is that they said they would refund my subscription, but no refund, AND it was automatically renewed today!

Fix the ios mobile issue.
