Works mostly well, but watch out for premature “renewal" attempts
AnchorFree seems to have a problem with bookkeeping. This is the second time I got ‘disconnected’ from the Elite service for an allegedly expired subscription. When I questioned, their emails got very confusing, and their instructions impossible or complicated to follow.
I finally confronted them with the facts in my records and now suddenly their ‘system shows" that my Elite account ‘is active (with 372 days left) !
They also wanted me to let them know if I continue ‘having difficulties operating HSS”. Not a hint of an apology though!
